INOC Versus IOC Court Case Documents:

The INOC has filed a legal suit against IOC, Court has issued notices to IOC, in response to petition by its Secretary General Mr. Mahammed Seraj ANSARI. The plaintiff contended that a permanent injunction be passed against IOC not to interfere in sports activities of the INOC. INOC has sought a compensation of US $ 1000 million as compensation from the IOC. The suit no. 743/2010 filed on dated. 17th July-2010, and hearded on 19th July-2010, and date of next hearing 03 July-2010.
