After preliminary research conducted by the World Business Assembly analytic centers, than WBA has chosen Prof.Dr. Mohammad Seraj ANSARI to receive the "Golden European Award for Quality and Business Prestige-2016" for outstanding business achievements by the "International Aristotle Committee". The following criteria have been used for the decision-making process: innovation, competitiveness, effective personnel management, profit increase, completion and support of charity projects.
INOC filed case against Olympic (IOC), seeking a compensation US Dollar 1,000
Millions (Rs. 4,730 Crores).
The International Non-Olympic Committee-INOC has filed a legal suit against International
Olympic Committee-IOC, Court has issued notices to IOC, in response to petition
by its Secretary General Mahammed Seraj ANSARI. The plaintiff contended that
a permanent injunction be passed against IOC not to interfere in sports activities
of the International Olympic Committee-IOC. INOC has sought a compensation of US
$ 1,000 millions from the IOC.
The plaintiff INOC requested that a permanent injunction be passed against defendants
(IOC) not to interfere in INOC and its members carrying out and promoting the peaceful
sports activities of the plaintiff. The INOC has sought a compensation of US $ 1,000
millions (One Thousand Millions US Dollar) Rs. 4,730/- Crores (Approx.) as compensation
